Well here it is folks… just what you’ve been waiting for… the newest diet trend… (drumroll please)…

You’ll never guess that the newest diet trend is really just a back to basics approach. Hmm… no one I know has blogged about that before… uh..hmmm… Truthfully, the “news” on diet sites is that most people are just going back to the wholesome foods. As I have said for a long time now, that is the best way to be healthy and stay healthy! Simply eat healthy, drink healthy, and live healthy.

So, be a part of the new trend and just get back to the basics… and eat natural, healthy and wholesome foods. The largest part of your diet should be vegetables, whole grains, and meat without hormone additives.
