Argh… yes I know I haven’t been posting. I think I hit a weight plateau, and I just got discouraged. I can’t lose the weight! I have been trying to lose 6 lbs since February and my frustration has brought me to despair… and despair has given me over to SWEETS!!!
I have typically done a cheat day each week for the last year, and it seemed to work fine. But, these six pounds are sticking on… and I think it has to do with my cheat day. My weight usually averages out during the week to be the same, but I am so in the RUT.
I gain weight on the cheat day, and then it takes me all week to lose the weight and get back down to what I weighed before the cheat day… so, I am going to get tough with myself and drop the cheat day for a week or two and see if it brings me down the few pounds I need…
