Do it for Your Family!!
Kids, Husband, house, meals, sports, school, where does personal fitness fit in? As a wife and mother it is our responsibility to keep ourselves physically fit…if not for ourselves… but for the husband and children that we love so much. So many BUSY MOMS say they just can’t squeeze in time for exercise or healthy eating. I say – You don’t have a choice! Physically active healthy eating adults live longer… and the life they live typically isn’t plagued by chronic conditions.
Moms, what you won’t do for yourself, do for your family!
1) Watch the documentary “super size me” on youtube! It will change your perspective, and help you say no to fast food. Treat all fast food like POISON! It causes serious damage to your body, and increases the retention of stomach fat!
2) Get off your rear! Start by walking, then move up to simple exercise routines. Prevention has some great beginning ones. Leslie Sansone has some great walking routines as well! Four years ago, I NEVER exercised… I had an increasingly alarming heart condition that continued to get worse. Exercise was my only alternative…I started with simple walking routines, and now do intense interval training and cardio… and 40 push ups a day! YOU can do it!
3) Start by getting rid of all your junk food, and make a promise not to bring it back in. Eat whole foods that are found mainly from the produce and fresh meat isles of your grocery store!
