About MomFITNESS…Who is behind Mom FITNESS??
Hi there… I’d like to introduce myself, I am a mother of six… but I am a also a lover of fitness and healthy living. On the other hand, I also am an educator… I have a Doctorate in Education and have been teaching at the college level for 15 years. Though I am not a medical doctor, I do extensive research and have been able to put together alot of the missing pieces in why diets don’t work for so many of people. I hope to share what I find as I research and prove different methods. It’s my goal to help busy moms… like me… get solid facts and great information on how to successfully live healthy!
